What if i am say that possible to recover our-self from blocked requester, Yes it's absolutely possible and it's easy and genuine way, So don't bother and hesitate to do this. You have to wait for 6 months , If the requester may post his hits in different categories after he blocked yourself .  You have to do only one thing that you should never try to accept his hits at-least  once between that 6 month period  if you try then the blocked period will be increased.  Probably you will get a mail from the requester that tell you that now you are allowed to do his hits. 

Note:  Before this keep yourself away from new blocks, And increase your work quality.
